Krishen and Lianne first met in 2015 when Krishen, a landlord and property developer, was having trouble selling a property. After several attempts with other agencies, he reached out to a local firm where Lianne was working. She succeeded in selling the property where others had failed, marking the beginning of a successful working relationship. In 2018, Krishen and Lianne teamed up to establish Woodhead and Co, combining their expertise and shared vision. Today, we manage over £22 million in property assets for our clients, with plans to expand our portfolio to 1,000 properties and open three new branches by the end of 2027.
