I’ve used their tenant find service and their charges are very reasonable. The service they provide justifies the cost. I was quickly presented with a few potential tenants and managed to secure a few of them.

I can see the potential for the agency and the direction they are heading. Hopefully, they don’t get overwhelmed by the customers walking through their doors because of good reviews. However, so far so good. I would happily recommend them to others.

We decided to transfer our rental properties to Woodhead & Co as, in our 20 years experience, they offered the best service we have experienced. They are diligent and have an excellent understanding of the property market. We were extremely pleased that having had to to go through the court with a very difficult tenant (not one of theirs’) they worked very hard to find us a new, suitable tenant within a very short time frame.
We have also placed our own home for sale on the market with them and again we appreciate the personal touch they bring to the business.
