This entry level service provides you with extensive marketing of the property backed up by professional accompanied viewings that ensure your property is showcased in the best possible way.
Once the tenant has successfully passed the referencing process, we will carry out a full written inventory of the property. This comprehensive inventory will be underwritten by a full set of colour photographs to address any possible future discrepancy.
When we are ready to move to the final and most exciting stage, the tenant move in day, we will collect the tenant’s deposit and this will be duly registered with the ‘Deposit Protection Scheme’.
