Our Fully Managed Service provides you with total peace of mind throughout the life of your property’s rental. In addition to all the features of our Tenant Find service, Woodhead & Co will collect the rent due on your property throughout the rental period and in a timely manner.
Knowing that every property is being well looked after can be a constant worry for any landlord. For your peace of mind, we will undertake a quarterly property inspection and a report maintained on file.

Where appropriate, and with your authorisation, we will organise any maintenance that is required on the property. This will include the provision for quotations to be obtained and submitted to you for approval and then, following instruction, we will arrange for the required maintenance to be carried out.
