Our story
Krishen and Lianne first met in 2015 when Krishen, a landlord and property developer, was struggling to sell a property through multiple agents.
After reaching out to a local firm where Lianne was working, she succeeded in selling the property where others had failed.
That result marked the beginning of their working relationship.
In 2018, they established Woodhead & Co, combining their experience and shared approach to property.
Today, the business manages over £22 million in property assets, with plans to expand to 1,000 properties and open three new branches by 2027.
About Lianne
Lianne has worked in the sales and lettings industry since 2010, gaining experience with both corporate and independent agencies across Northamptonshire.
She co-founded Woodhead & Co in 2018 and is known for her commitment to clients, local knowledge and practical, straightforward approach.
She has a genuine passion for property and is dedicated to helping people achieve their goals in the area she calls home.
Outside of work, Lianne enjoys horse riding, teaching others to ride and volunteering with local charities and organisations.
About Krishen
Krishen’s background combines business, sales and hands-on property experience.
After studying at Loughborough University, he began his career in telecom sales before moving into property in 2004 with his first rental investment.
He later worked within an independent estate agency, gaining experience working with large portfolio landlords, before focusing full-time on buying, refurbishing and selling property across East Northamptonshire.
His experience from both the client and agency side shapes the way Woodhead & Co operates today.
Outside of work, Krishen spends time with his family and maintains a strong interest in football and cars.
